Reasons Why...

There is silent body of people who don't complain but just avoid places with bad acoustics - some of the worst being places aimed at supporting the groups most badly affected.

This web site aims to bring education and awareness of this problem to the attention of all noisy social venues.  We look to a time when all venues will be "hearing friendly" as well as "age friendly".

Why is there no reference to hearing access in the WHO prospectus
 on Age Friendliness?

Help combat social isolation of people with hearing loss,
noise sensitivity and autism spectrum disorder.
